Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 2026
TruMove is committed to making our website and tools usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across every public page and are continuously improving.
Our commitment
We design and build TruMove so customers can plan a move, review inventory, and speak with a specialist regardless of ability. That means semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable controls, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, descriptive labels, and captions or transcripts where possible.
Standards we follow
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA
- Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act
- WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices for interactive components
Assistive technology tested
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS with Safari
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows with Chrome and Edge
- TalkBack on Android with Chrome
- Full keyboard navigation without a pointing device
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, including live video rooms and interactive maps, may not meet every WCAG success criterion. When you hit a barrier we will provide an alternate path such as a phone call, text conversation, or emailed inventory summary. Reach us any time and we will accommodate.
Report a barrier
If any part of TruMove is difficult to use, tell us and we will respond within two business days. Email accessibility@trumoveinc.com or call +1 (877) 841-2257. Please include the page URL, the assistive technology you use, and what you expected to happen.
